Following a final judgment by the Svea Court of Appeal in Stockholm on December 19, 2025, which upheld a 2024 international arbitral award, the company has been fully vindicated.The rulings conclusively reject the false narratives of "corruption" and "illegal activities" propagated by the Kyrgyz authorities following the company’s legitimate win of a 2018 biometric e-passport tender.A Victory for Truth and IntegrityThe dispute arose when the Kyrgyz State Committee for National Security (GKNB) annulled the 2018 tender results, citing unfounded allegations of procedural violations and corruption. Refusing to accept these baseless accusations, Satoris UAB initiated international arbitration proceedings. In its Final Award of April 8, 2024, an independent International Tribunal constituted under UNCITRAL rules ruled in favour of the company.
